USA 193 observation

    Hi all,
    
    Observed USA 193 on a near zenith pass, easily magnitude 1 no apparent
    variation, reddish orange coloring.
    
    Used Ted's elset below for pass calculation (thank you sir :-)
    USA 193          5.0  2.5  0.0  4.3 v                    245 X 258 km
    1 29651U 06057A   08050.77400802  .00256405  00000-0  29678-3 0    02
    2 29651  58.5208  31.8067 0009932  58.7181 301.4893 16.08191854    02
    Arc 2008 Feb 18.04 - 19.78, WRMS residuals = 0.027 deg
    
    Satellite was parallel to Capella (and roughly equal in magnitude) @
    02:09:43, based on my stopwatch calibrated to WWV @ 02:05:00. This was 2
    seconds early compared to a skyview timeline from SatSpy software using the
    above elsets.
