I figured out the UNID near 90077, it was Glonas 7 Deb (21935,83-127M), which I'd actually seen before, on 2/19/2007. It is listed as a PPAS P3 object, but I did not notice any variability, albeit in the very short time it was in the same field as 90077. After some thought, I'm afraid the flashes seen ahead of USA 202 r/b (33491) were reflections; I was in the city and can't shield all lights.
