The rate of rate of decay of USSTRATCOM's elements has settled down sufficiently
to make initial estimates of decay dates.

I used Alan Pickup's Satevo 0.51, with 10.7 cm solar flux of 69.

Omid's (09004A / 33506) epoch 09034.82386470 elements yield estimated decay in
mid June 2009.

Omid rocket's (09004B / 33507) epoch 09034.76761317 elements yield estimated
decay in late July 2009.

This far in advance, the uncertainty is about one month.
