Hi Nick If you go to www.Calsky.com you can search the satellite library for Safir 2 USSPACECOM Nr: 33507 I see you are UK based so our best pass tonight is around 1846 GMT ( It passes close to the Moon at 1712 but sadly it will be too bright at that time to see it ) At 1755 Omid will pass close to Capella, Alp Aur (SAO 40186, HIP 24608 HD 34029), Magnitude=0.1mag ...might just be dark enough to see that one as Calsky is predicting Omid as 3.5m If you need any further help , mail me direct.
