    I could have watched Cosmos 2251 on a 72 degree pass in the NW at 16:47 UTC, 
    and
      Center Date/Time  Status   Azm El NORAD Satellite
      9/ 2/10 21:18:07 Autotrack  21  7 24946 IRIDIUM 33
      9/ 2/10 19:30:14 Autotrack 329 26 22675 COSMOS 2251
