Perfect night, cool but no wind. Tonight, I got my first look at Omid, which I saw as variable (see below), and its Safir 2 r/b, which was flashing in the low NNW 2 nights ago, but tonight gave a long slow naked eye flare at 3 mag until I lost it low in the east, about 30s before shadow entry. Classfd.tle observations were befuddled by UNIDs and flashing. What a problem to have. 28054 was cut short when I noticed 32480 (an APT tank) pass by. Milstar 3 (25724) was interrupted by Transtage 4 (65-34A). 28054 03 048A 8336 E 20090212010038740 17 25 0728246+151155 18 S 28054 03 048A 8336 E 20090212010129910 17 25 0747828+325449 77 S 28054 03 048A 8336 E 20090212010131090 17 25 0748708+332127 28 S 10033 77 044A 8336 E 20090212013730490 17 25 0955277+573468 28 R 25724 99 023A 8336 E 20090212014341410 17 25 0537074+110210 37 25724 99 023A 8336 E 20090212014409160 17 25 0543894+112737 38 09- 4 A 09-02-12 00:47:13 BY 35.2 0.4 20 1.76 F'->A'; 5->7 09- 4 B 09-02-12 00:48:39 BY 65.6 S; 3 77- 44 A 09-02-12 01:37:36 BY 63.8 0.3 27 2.36 F; 5,6->7 65- 34 A 09-02-12 01:45:35 BY 62.5 0.3 26 2.41 F; 6->8 TULSA 1 COSPAR 8336: +36.128, -95.988, 650ft ASL ACT Observatory COSPAR 8335: +35.8311, -96.1411, 1100ft ASL Adams Ranch COSPAR 8337: +36.937, -96.65, 700ft ASL Kenton, OK COSPAR 8338: +36.8978, -102.9522, 4400ft ASL ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subscribe/Unsubscribe info, Frequently Asked Questions, SeeSat-L archive: http://www.satobs.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
