    It appeared from your website (http://digilander.libero.it/SATrack/) that a
    NOSS 3-4 flare might be possible at Tulsa (TULSA1 below) last night. I did
    observe the pair, but did not see a flare. Observation was from 1:05:40
    until 1:10:10 UT. I will post positions later in a separate email.
    
    I hope to check on future flares using your predictions, and will report
    what I see. Thanks for developing this useful tool.
