    I just realized my final statment below was incorrect -- all numbers following HS should *decrease* by one, so 34069 would become KG and 34070 would remain KH.

    Alan pointed out one error in SpaceTrack's Intl numbers, and I found three more: 
    
     All of these involve Cosmos 2251 (93-036) debris: 
    
     34031 correctly has 93036HS, but 34032 is HU, there's no HT 
    
     Both 34045 and 34046 are 93036JH, there's no JJ 
    
     Both 34051 and 34052 are 93036JP, there's no JQ 
    
     Both 34069 and 34070 are 93036KH, 34070 should be KJ (however, all numbers following HS should increase by one, so this would actually be KL)
