AT about 12:20UT i was famliarizing my self with the patch of sky
for the 24680 observation when I noticed a -1 magnitude object about
    a degree from Archenar,
The brightness of this object faded over next 10 seconds as it moved
    Northwards down "river".
I used findsat to check on it. It turned out to be Seasat 1978 64 A
which is in a 795km orbit
    inclined 108 degrees to equator.
