24680 96 072A 8597 G 20090227124055200 27 25 0211900-672400 48 S+055 05 the above observations in IOD format The IOD format is described here http://www.satobs.org/position/IODformat.html AT about 12:20UT i was famliarizing my self with the patch of sky for the 24680 observation when I noticed a -1 magnitude object about a degree from Archenar, The brightness of this object faded over next 10 seconds as it moved Northwards down "river". I used findsat to check on it. It turned out to be Seasat 1978 64 A which is in a 795km orbit inclined 108 degrees to equator.
