I observed this tiny satellite on 2012-02-19 18:31:38 I picked at up high in the sky magnitude +8. The magnitude improved while the altitude decreased. It was at its brightest +7. I had the impression its brightening was greater than by the improving phase angle alone. A later attempt to find it (on 2012-02-20) failed. The sky was rather poor.
