Tomorrow, OneWeb 2, a launch of 34 satellites for a network eventually similar
to Starlink, will launch from Baikonur at 21:42 UT (Feb 6).

Initial orbit insertion will be at 450 km, after which they will start to raise
themselves. Initial deployment from the dispenser starts 1h 12m after launch and
ends 3h 45m after launch. Fregat Upper stage deorbit is some 6 hrs after launch
over the southern Atlantic.

This elset should be good for the first revolution after launch:

ONEWEB 2
1 70000U 20999A 20037.90416667 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 00
2 70000 087.4000 164.3541 0001465 057.5235 325.0590 15.38684231 00

Unfortunately it seems that there is very little postlaunch phase sighting
opportunity except from very high Northern latitudes (e.g. Northern
Scandinavia). Observers in Russia might observe the first Fregat burn starting
10m 23s after launch
