On the 12 of February I also saw this object, displaying similar
regular flashes. It is identified as COSMOS 2528 debris
[45038/18082D]. During that session I also saw another piece of debris
with the same characteristics: COSMOS 2528 debris [45037/18082C]. See

The original objects, COSMOS 2528 was cataloged shortly after launch
as object 43657/18082A, while objects C and D were only cataloged on
January 21. Perhaps these are two covers that have only now been
jettisoned?
