Below are the latest (Jan 16) TLEs from OIG's d(A)ta file via telnet with 
the exception of 23763 (OAST) which has been retrieved by Endeavor.
The objects associated with 96002 *appear* to be associated with
the PANAMSAT-3R/MEASAT-1 launch by Ariane.
The objects associated with 96003 *appear* to be associated with the
KoreaSat-2 Delta 2 launch.
The objects associated with 95011 evidently are the solar arrays 
associated with the SFU.  Interesting to note the orbit of 95011K.
The object 96004A *may* be the COSMOS vehicle 
(high inclination) announced earlier on SeeSat-L by Neil Clifford.
