OIG (R)ead Files

Just a reminder; OIG (via Telnet) has changed the numbers to select a
particular file to read in the (R)ead Files section. I had become use to
just selecting the same numbers everytime to download the files I normally
always select since the top half of the page scrolls off the screen. I
couldn't figure out why the "30 Day File" was lacking so many TLEs until I
realized I was inadvertantly selecting the "Interest Files" instead. I was
about ready to complain to the SysopOIG about the lost TLEs when I realized
my mistake. Whooo...Close call!
