Reding through Jonathan's Space Report No 417 I wonder why the Globalstar
    satellites have different names.
Up to the 1999-19 launch they were named Globalstar FM44 for example and
    afterwards the name
    became Globalstar M047.
I suppose FM stands for Flight Model, but what does the M mean?

    Greetings and clear, dark skies
