I made a short observation of Gorizont 23 (#21533) with binoculars
last night. From about Jan 10, 04:57 UT to 05:01 I measured 5 periods in
257+-1 seconds, resulting in a 51.4sec period. The flashes were not all
at the same brightness. One of the flashes I barely detected, but most
    were in the +5 range.
