Hi,

	Just a quick note to explain why such old elsets were used for GRO and DMSP B5D2-8
obs.  Its the "sort and delete old elset" routine I use, it regards an epoch of
00010.00 as older than 99365.00, consequently I've been using old elsets. Apologies,
the Y2K related bug has been corrected.
