Daniel Deak found better info on the upcoming launch.
The orbit is much lower at about 915 km and the 
depletion burn occurs sooner.  The elset I provided
earlier is of questionable value.  

I suppose I can take the elset and adjust the mean 
motion to reflect the lower altitude.  Much better 
would be an ILAM.
