For the second pass of the evening there was, again, only one object visible using 7x50s. The object was about a +4.5 as it passed R->L about 3 deg over alpha Cep (330az, 32el) at 00:50:37 UTC 28 January. At 00:52:37 it passed about 2 deg below beta And (278az, 38el) and was about a +4.0 mag. After 10-15 seconds it dimmed to about a +5.0/5.5 mag.
