I give up. Despite Mike McCants' efforts to provide a consistent set of TLEs for these objects, I STILL find errors of up to a half minute between my observations (which should be OK within a couple of seconds or so) and ANY set of elements. I will therefore assume that the only object from this launch that we've seen is 00-004C = 26063 - OCS. Our observations: UTC Date & time Appar Mag Intrinsic Mag (1000 km, 0 astronomical phase) 2000 01 27 23:14 4.5 2.8 Max, varying 1-2 seconds period 2000 01 28 00:18 3.0 2.6 Steady 2000 01 29 23:46 3.0 3.0 Steady 2000 01 30 11:02 3.0 2.9 Steady Has anyone a clue as to why all this TLE confusion? Are these objects maneuvering? Clear and dark skies!
