    For "historical purposes" - I couldn't get postings to work on my road trip
    this week to the boonies.
    
    I don't know what the heck happened with USA 193 - it appears to have been
    at least 7s early, relative to very well known asterisms in Pegasus. I hope
    that on its return to the morning sky someone can catch it. It gave a
    brilliant (-7) mag flare
