Skynet 4A , flashing glonass satellite, Ekran 13

    Skynet 4A ( 20401 ) is better, then last may when I observed it. Nice to wait less time, to see a

    I observed a glonass satellite giving faint flashes, under 1 minute apart. Hope to see it, when
    the flashes are brighter.
    
    I beleive it was Cosmos 2205 ( 22085 ). If not then, Cosmos 2081 ( 20621 ). I deleted the video,
    so I can't check to see which one it was.
