    Observations yesterday by David Brierley and Russell Eberst revealed that the
    NOSS 3-4 pair had resumed their manoeuvres to correct the shortfall in their
    orbit, after about a three week manoeuvre hiatus. I took advantage of a rare
    clear sky this morning to obtain a few more points:
