Hello Rob, Welcome. Funny, as I write this 193 is about to make a pass (in daylight obviously) almost right over your head. I don't believe that N America will have too many favorable passes until mid-Feb. It should become an evening object if it lasts that long (and I bet it does). I believe that you will have some visible passes starting around the 18th (almost directly overhead on 20 Feb, 0223 UTC) Of course, the orbit is going to change a bit, but the conditions still favour visibility late Feb for you.
