NOTES:

(1) Prime purpose of 19 Jan session was to get another observation
of VORTEX 6 to determine what its doing.
(2) Following report by Peter of a possible bright object moving
eastward from WGS 3 I checked the Clarke belt from WGS 3 to
my meridian- nothing unexpected seen.
(3) Still a few more images to measure but dont expect anything
exciting.
