Globalstar = surface that looks to be a good reflector of sunlight

I was checking on arianespace's upcoming launch of globalstar satellites, and notice a image

Which shows a surface, that looks to be a good surface for reflecting sunlight.

So something to cause nice flashes, when the sat is retired from service.
