STEP 2 rk debris catalogued

94- 29 B (USSPACECOM #23106) exploded around June 04, 1996 as noted
in seesat mails #2806 by Paul Maley <pmaley@gp808.jsc.nasa.gov>
and #2807 by John C. Broman Jr.<john.broman@gsfc.nasa.gov>.
On July 17, several pieces were cataloged at OIG as 94-29 D-M
(#23956-23964).
The C fragment was catalogued earlier in July as #23942. Some of them
are in low orbits, and high B* drag factors, decaying in a few days.
The #23106 main piece is in a stable orbit with MM=14.5579, slightly
lower
than before the explosion. Predictions where temporarily halted,
but have been resumed. You can see a plot of Mean Motion before
