SatEvo decay list #9 (issued 1996 July 19)
My latest SatEvo decay predictions appear below, minus my
usual analysis of the actual times of recent decays. Having been
away on holiday, I have a hole in my database (Dear Lisa...) of
elsets of decaying objects. Also, elsets for the 94- 29 fragments
are yet to stabilise, so the predictions involving these objects
are relatively uncertain. Remember that Bjorn Gimle maintains
