There is an observation of 74 26A in the PPAS database.
Russell Eberst observed it with a period of 12 seconds
in March, 1993.

Ed Cannon and I observed it about a year ago. The obs was
June 30, 1997 at 3:55UT. The observed magnitude is recorded
as 9 to 10. I measured 20 cycles in 149 seconds, for a period
of 7.5 seconds. 9th magnitude corresponds to a Quicksat/Highfly
intrinsic magnitude of 4.5.

A decrease from 12 seconds to 7.5 seconds in 4 years is
4.5 seconds / 4 years = 1.1 seconds per year. So a further
decrease to about 6 seconds in the last year seems reasonable.
