Maybe this will be helpful to someone:
I extract the catalog numbers in the quicksat predictions from the evening
(configured to only give one line per satellite).
Next I give these catalog numbers to a perl script that gets the TLE's from
OIG.
The perl code is at http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~eht/sat/oig-get.pl
One way to use it is:
perl5 oig-get.pl ethay feedface < visible.catno > visible.tle
where ethay should be replace w/ your OIG user id (no, ethay isn't my
username)
and feedface should be replaced w/ your OIG password (no, feedface isn't my
password)
visible.catno should contain a set of catalog numbers one per line
and visible.tle will contain the TLE's from OIG for the given catalog
numbers.
You need to have perl5 and the libwww library for perl5 to use the perl
script above.
