I managed to observed some flashes from HISPASAT 1B ( 22723 ) before it got to faint to see. Wasn't sure when it would flash, so nice to see.
At 4:53:22 utc ( July 5 ) it gave a flash in the 8th magnitude range.

-9 deg 38 min Dec
It looks to be taking more time, between flashes, since the last time I observed it, ealier this year.
