ISS/STS debris question

I understand that another piece of ISS/STS-127 "debris" has been
cataloged, namely 35634 = 98-067BR, described to be "Kibo thermal
cover".  Does anyone have any clue as to how big this is?  E.g.
is it bigger than a tool kit?
