    Subject: {MPML} RadioAstron follow-up request

    Dear MPML!

As you perhaps know, on July 18, Russian Federal Space Agency will be launch
    an RadioAstron spacecraft.

This is international space VLBI project led by the Astro Space Center of
Lebedev Physical Institute in Moscow, Russia.
The payload - 10-m Space Radio Telescope, is based on spacecraft Spektr-R,
that have been designed by the Lavochkin Association.

Spacecraft will be launch on July 18 02:31:18 UT. We urgently needed in
    follow-up support by optical telescopes.
Good observing window will be over North America in the second half of the
    night (~07-10:20 UT).

If someone is interested and ready to observe this object (of course by
weather conditions) we will make ephemerides for each observatory.

    Please contact me off list.

Observation window for several observatories (alt > 20 degrees):

    H21: 2011 07 18 06:44 - 08:42 UT
    H36: 2011 07 18 06:55 - 09:17 UT
    H45: 2011 07 18 06:57 - 09:19 UT

    More information about RadioAstron.
