When I began to analyze Alberto's observations, I discovered that I had erred in the IDs I assigned to Kevin and Scott's
    observations.

I believe these are correct (at least they are consistent with my elements, which may or may not be consistent with
    reality):

Alberto's observations agree with 11076D. There is some inconsistency in the timings, such that Scott's appear to be
nearly ~2.7 s early. For now, I have taken them out of the analysis. Subsequent observations will be decisive in sorting
    this out.
