    1. USA 224 re-boosted

Cees Bassa and Russell Eberst reported observations that confirmed the manoeuvre, but revealed it to have occurred near
the perigee passage of 2012 Jul 19 at 13:10:17 UTC - hours later than I had estimated. Here are updated elements:

    1. USA 186 re-boosted

Alberto Rango's observations of 2012 Jul 19 UTC revealed USA 186 running late and considerably off-track - indicative of
a re-boost coordinated with that of USA 224.

This was its last observed pre-manoeuvre orbit:

                                                            251 X 1006 km
    1 28888U 05042A 12198.82821034 .00029922 00000-0 24691-3 0 06
    2 28888 97.8982 260.7918 0538552 95.7725 270.5119 14.79258237 08

I was unable to identify a manoeuvre perigee that accounted for both the time and track of Alberto's observation. It
appears that the manoeuvre may have been a perigee-raising, at the apogee passage of 2012 Jul 19 at 17:13:47 UTC. If so,
then it should be in approximately the following orbit, which closely fits Alberto's observations:

                                                            261 X 1006 km
    1 70000U 12201.87211139 .00024871 00000-0 24691-3 0 05
    2 70000 97.8982 263.8130 0531088 85.8560 280.3142 14.77688529 09

Allow at least one minute prediction time uncertainty, for every 15 revs after epoch.
