If everything goes well, the new Russian Nauka segment of the ISS (along with
the European Robotic Arm) will be launched today at 14:58:25 UT.

This is an initial orbit estimate:

NAUKA 190 x 350 km
1 70001U 21999A 21202.62390046 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 08
2 70001 051.6400 173.9084 0120409 078.0164 321.2952 16.01577664 07

Be aware of possible discrepancies of several minutes in pass time, certainly
after a number of revolutions.

NW Europe has a good pass in evening twilight around 21:10 UT. Nauka should be a
few minutes in time behind the ISS.

Docking is on the 29th.
