Gorizont 16 was flashing (about 94.7 sec) with no
significant change in brightness (around +4 or +5)
for over a half hour ('till 0521:41 UT then low clouds)
last night in the Northeast US (CT 41.75n73.19w).

Easily visible through thin cirrus clouds.
