this particular fragment decayed in 1995 Patrick. Here is last TLE
    from OIG
    WESTFORD NEEDLES Decayed: 1995/09/21
    1 05994U 63014 DA 95260.14443962 .00088600 -62564-6 +10000-2 0 00015
    2 05994 083.6590 222.0542 1453826 114.2162 261.4327 12.73825034000003
The remaining pieces from that launch still in orbit are
    listed from Heavens-above as 66-56A , and 66-56AH.
The predicted magnitudes are around 10 in the most favourable circumstances.
The are also the 2 halves of the canister, and the agena 2nd stage 66-56B.
On such objects ( aluminium coated plastic sheets solar radiation pressure
is a lot more important than air-drag.
BTW the FAQ isnt wrong just a little out of date. The comments came
from notes , that Ted Molczan wrote and distributed.
