    Oh no - on many geosynchs and higher orbit objects Epoch is often
    YYDDD.00000000 or YYDDD.2500000 etc., even for the Shuttle.
    
    But often it is (near) the time of Ascending Node crossing (in some
    geocentric coordinate system - there are several)
