Can a satellite be put into Geosynchronous orbit around the Moon, or is the Earth's gravity just too much of an influence. My non-professional gut feeling says, "No problem"... and what I'm wishing for is ... wait for it... "A geosynch telescope, watching the dark side, and available to those of us, that do Internet Astronomy, among other things. I've sent the question to this group because you have the satellite know-how :-) (Just had a thought,... are there ALREADY geosynch's around the Moon?) Thank you.
