Observed the Centaur rkt (#26858) at about 4:04 UT 24 Jun 01
using an 8" telescope. Magnitude about 8 at a range of 11100 km
which gives a standard magnitude of 3.4

Seemed to be rotating with a period around 30 seconds but there
was no definitive measuring point for me so the period is
    approximate.

Looked for ICO F2 later but did not see it.
