Hi all, I've been able to observe TiPS (for the first time) through my 8" dobs this night. I caught it in Cassiopeia around 23:11 EDT. I've been able to follow it less than half a minute, then I lost it. One end was flaring a little bit and the 4 km cable was barely visible through my scope. In fact, the 2 ends and the cable was barely visible through my scope. 2 minutes later NOSS 2-1 was passing through Cygnus; I observed them with my 10x50 bino. Always fun to watch. Clear Sky!!!
