    CONTOUR separates at launch+63 minutes, approximately over the Gulf of
    Carpinteria in
    northern Australia, in daylight.
    
    3rd stage nutation damping system blowdown (fuel dump) occurs
    approximately 90 minutes after launch, 
    also in daylight, on outbound leg of highly elliptical orbit.
