    1) Peculiar object, being tumbling again after so many years of rest.
       Its perigee is coming closer to my latitude in its ascending branch
       during evening transits.
    2) started with +1.5 flash, later round maxima yielded about same
       magnitude. Object passed west of me.
    3) started also with even brighter flash (magn. +1.2) and later round
       maxima yielded about the same magnitude.
       Larger amplitude than 07-005E.
       Object passed west of me.
       I found a period about twice the value Russell Eberst found.
    4) very nice object, dtm by low orbit and long period.
       Large synodic effect, I suppose.
