My starting point was around 8/10 degree from Muphrid, eta bootes, 2.5
multiplier below 2 dim stars ( I hope I have used the correct stars).
At only 190 miles above the earth it had a visual angular velocity of 1.27
    degree per second.
The one point was taken using 8 inch dobs with a 1.4 degree field of view.
I tried to track but to fast for me.
I should have taken some 1x points as it passed thru the Big Dipper. It did
a minus magnitude flare 38 seconds after above point.

An unknown was seen in tele near eta bootes at approx 01.53.50 UTC June 25,
2009. It was id as Cosmos 521 72074A.
