Maybe I just picked a launch where this happened to all sats. I did not
check further like single sat launches, because I am just interested in
those multi sat launches.
For coordination reasons also with ITU, could there be a Chinese
counterpart organisation where they formally communicate with?

That is what I would like to find out with my queries of Space-Track db how
fast the identification is happening and how many remain in object status.
