H-II launch info

RE-SCHEDULING OF THE LAUNCH OF SFU & GMS-5/H-II TF#3

The National Space Development Agency of Japan (NASDA) has been
preparing to launch of the third H-II Launch Vehicle Test Flight
(H-II TF#3) from Tanegashima Space Center on March 15.

However, this morning, malfunction was detected in the Data
Interface Unit (DIU) during the check of H-II Launch Vehicle
inertial guidance and control system.

The exchange of DIU is required. The new launch date is
scheduled on March 18.

Launch window is between 16:55 through 18:02 JST (UTC+9h).
