Hi, Seesat L subscriber,

This is my first contribution to Seesat L but some people already know me
through 'Flash' or 'Satorama' which is distributed on Seesat L and 'Flash'.
My main interests are flash period measurements, satellite photography and
satellites near decay. I'm also responsible for collecting satellite obs
for the BWS.

This month I received already some interesting observations of satellites
which seem to have accelerated !

84-52J 95-02-28 LB 24.5s
85-116B 95-02-21 LB 7.7s
87-6B 95-02-27 LB 5.27s from 44.5s on 95-02-21
87-51J 95-02-25 LB 3.44s Newest J-object accelerator.
                                      Absolute Top Priority !
91-19B 95-03-23 TC 2.99s acceleration predicted by MM
93-1B 95-02-25 LB 10.74s
93-16B 95-02-25 LB 5.23s

Watch them closely, some of them are just false alarm, I think...
