In the latest issue of Flash (nr 100) there is on page 13/14 an article about the second
acceleration of this rocket.

During my winterholidays in Austria I observed 91 59 B several times:
96-02-18	04:31:12	92.33	10	9.23	AA, mag 4->7
96-02-23	03:17:16	94.19	10	9.42	AA, mag 4->inv
96-02-24	03:46:41	75.64	 8	9.46	AA, mag 4->inv

Mike McCants saw it 96-02-12 at 12.5 sec; so it seems that somewhere between
12th and 18th Februar the acceleration stopped.
As the rocket isn't visible here untill early April can other observers follow this satellite?
