In the latest issue of Flash (nr 100) there is on page 13/14 an article about the second acceleration of this rocket. During my winterholidays in Austria I observed 91 59 B several times: 96-02-18 04:31:12 92.33 10 9.23 AA, mag 4->7 96-02-23 03:17:16 94.19 10 9.42 AA, mag 4->inv 96-02-24 03:46:41 75.64 8 9.46 AA, mag 4->inv Mike McCants saw it 96-02-12 at 12.5 sec; so it seems that somewhere between 12th and 18th Februar the acceleration stopped. As the rocket isn't visible here untill early April can other observers follow this satellite? ------------------------------------- Name: Leo Barhorst Alkmaar (Neth) 52 deg 38 sec N 4 deg 47 sec E E-mail: leobarhorst@pi.net also a member of Seesat-L -------------------------------------
