Just had a pass in the Tampa FL area. At 6:11 AM EST/1111 UTC it passed by
at about 65 deg ele with an Az of 191 deg and 350 km range. At that range,
the tether appeared to be 1 deg long with the bottom pointing to the south
of the velocity vector (towards 191 deg?). I haven't done the math yet to
see if I can figure the angle of the bottom from straight down. All for
now...
